December deadline proposed for 300A form filing

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has proposed a Dec. 1 deadline for the filing of 300A forms. The deadline used to be July 1, but OSHA introduced a proposed rule that would extend the deadline to Dec. 1, 2017 for certain companies. The 300A forms are to be submitted to OSHA electronically. The agency has extended the deadline in order for the Trump Administration to review the rule's requirements, which were made public on May 12, 2016.
